Drawing on DWG Next’s access to governments, public authorities, strategic industries and international investors, our Structured Finance & Capital Solutions Practice identifies opportunities that conventional financing channels may not readily capture and transforms them into structured, credible and financeable transactions.
Our distinctive role is that of transaction architect and integrator: from the identification of an asset or financing opportunity through structuring, institutional engagement and capital mobilisation to execution and closing.
Where a transaction involves regulated financial or investment services, such services are performed exclusively by appropriately authorised financial institutions, including, where applicable, DWG Next's Allied Partner AIS Financial Group. DWG Next itself does not provide regulated investment services or conduct activities reserved to licensed financial institutions.

We do not seek to replicate the functions of an investment bank, asset manager or regulated financial institution.
