Senior Associate

Olivia specialises in strategic finance, risk management, and complex transaction execution. She supports industrial groups, infrastructure operators, and investment platforms on financial structuring, investment analysis, and operational transformation.

She recently advised a leading cross-border infrastructure operator generating approximately €1.8bn in annual revenue, supporting the preparation of a long-term maintenance tender for new large-scale infrastructure assets. Her work included lifecycle cost estimation based on existing infrastructure benchmarks, coordination of risk assessments, and structuring of contingency and mitigation frameworks.

Prior to joining DWG Next, Olivia spent more than five years within pan-European private equity and private debt platforms managing several billion euros of assets under management.

Within a mid-market private equity fund (~€3bn AuM), she played a key role in the carve-out of a €150m revenue industrial business from a global energy management group. She led the €45m senior debt financing process, managed lender negotiations, coordinated multi-stream due diligence, and oversaw complex separation workstreams across IT, HR, legal, real estate, and finance. She also served at board level, contributing to strategic decision-making and performance monitoring.

Previously, within a global alternative asset manager (~€50bn+ AuM), Olivia executed multiple transactions across aerospace, defence, advanced manufacturing, and cybersecurity sectors, including platform investments and external growth strategies. She served on several portfolio company boards, with direct responsibility for operational and financial oversight. She also contributed to internal performance tracking tools and investor reporting frameworks.

Her areas of expertise include financial modelling & investment analysis, senior and unitranche debt structuring, risk assessment & contingency planning, carve-outs & complex separations, governance & performance monitoring, and multi-stakeholder due diligence coordination.

Olivia holds a Master’s degree in Business Engineering from a leading Belgian business school and completed an MBA exchange program at a top Japanese business school.

She is fluent in French and English, and proficient in German.
