Luca Oddo is the Co-Founder and CEO of Nexthing Business Ignition, a London-based consultancy firm specialising in strategic business development, communication, and innovation.

With more than three decades of international experience in the communication and advertising industry, he has advised organisations across a broad range of sectors, from FMCG to professional services. He brings extensive expertise in corporate strategy, business growth, brand positioning, and executive advisory.

Luca is particularly recognised for his ability to design and implement communication strategies for products, corporations, and public figures. Combining strategic vision with operational insight, he has developed a strong reputation for analysing complex business environments, defining effective growth strategies, and leading execution with precision and focus on objectives.

He also possesses significant expertise in content production and creative direction, overseeing projects ranging from international advertising campaigns to digital assets, while ensuring an effective balance between creative excellence, budget management, and operational delivery.

Luca began his career at Ogilvy before embarking on an entrepreneurial path in 1998. He co-founded Casta Diva Group, where he built an extensive international network of advertising and communication production companies across eleven countries, including Italy, the United Kingdom, the Czech Republic, Poland, Turkey, Lebanon, India, China, the United States, Argentina, and South Africa. He subsequently led the group through its successful stock exchange listing. Following this achievement, he founded Nexthing Ltd. to focus on strategic consulting, innovation, and business acceleration initiatives.

Over the years, Luca has advised major international organisations, including Procter & Gamble, working across all four of the group’s global headquarters. Alongside his work with multinational corporations, he remains deeply committed to supporting innovative startups and ambitious entrepreneurs in transforming bold ideas into sustainable and successful ventures.
